Pick-up locations and times in Bayeux: Our group tours start at Place de Québec in Bayeux, France. It is advised to be at the pick-up location 10 minutes before departure. Our D-Day full-day tours start at 09:00 a.m. and end approximately at 5:00 p.m.
The half-day morning tour starts at 09:00 a.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m. The half-day afternoon tour starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m.
Our Mont Saint Michel tour starts at 08:00 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.
We will pick you up at the place you stay only if you have booked a private tour. An extra fee will apply if you wish to be picked up and/or dropped off more than 20 km away from Bayeux.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
All group tours require a minimum number of two participants to take place.
Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.
When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for it (Mont-Saint-Michel abbey, Versailles, Airborne Museum, Monet’s House, etc) in case of cancellation we will keep the amount paid for these tickets. Conditions will be similar for strike reason in the listed places.
If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of the tour (GMT+1), there is no cancellation fee (except entrance tickets to museums on private tours that are non-refundable).
If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the start of the tour (GMT+1), there is a 50% cancellation fee (except entrance tickets to museums on private tours that are non-refundable).
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the tour or you do not show up on time at the meeting point on the day of the tour, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
We ask you to be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure of the tour. If you think you will be late, please contact us immediately at +33 250 550 074 (opening hours: 08:30 am to 6:30 pm (French time), 7 days a week). If you don’t show up on time on the day of the tour, we will have no other choice but to charge you 100%.
METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS
If the tour or a part of this tour can not be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall not give rise to any refund.
RESERVATION
The reservation becomes effective when the client receives written confirmation delivered by our agency. A reservation is required for each service. Spaces are limited, it is recommended that you make your reservation as soon as possible with HQ Company Tour. All tours are subject to availability at the time of reservation and will be confirmed once full payment or the pre-agreed deposit has been received. Reservations must be made in the name of the traveler(s) or the name of the travel agency. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation and will be confirmed once full payment or the pre-agreed deposit has been received.
COST
The price agreed upon is fixed. This includes the services made during reservation and mentioned on your confirmation of reservation. The fixed price in the contract cannot be raised during the tour.
Our prices do not include meal expenses and other expenditures (such as souvenirs, visiting of museums not included in the tour, etc.)
PAYMENT
For guarantee, in the reservation we ask for a full payment. You can pay directly on our Website. Otherwise, payment of your tour will be done the same day. In cash, credit card to the tour guide.
RESPONSABILITIES
HQ Company Tour agency is responsible for the good execution of the contract in accordance with the client’s expectations. The agency is responsible for the acts of its guides, while performing their duties.
HQ Company Tour recommends to every client to keep a close eye on their personal belongings during their tours. HQ Company Tour or any tour operator, product or service provider represented by HQ Company Tour cannot be held liable for any delay, loss of personal belongings, injury, accident, damage, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, frustration (either mental or physical) owing to a Force Majeure. That is to say, any unforeseeable event such as, but not limited to:
Any unjustifiable or negligent act, or an omission on behalf of a service provider or employee thereof.
Any Illness, theft, trade dispute, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, war, governmental constraint, civil unrest, poor weather conditions, the closing or poor state of repair of an access road or other factors over which no reasonable control can be exercised either by either HQ Company Tour or its affiliates.
HQ Company Tour reserves the right to cancel or to modify the tour in the event that the tour guide feels it is necessary for the comfort, well-being and safety of the clients.
LIABILITY
The traveler accepts that unforeseeable events may occur when traveling, and agrees that HQ Company Tour or any tour operator, product or service provider represented by HQ CompanyTour cannot be held responsible for any consequences. These events include but are not limited to: illness, theft, trade disputes, mechanical breakdown, excessive traffic, the weather, quarantine, protests, road accidents, roadworks, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war or death.
Any total or partial representation of this site or its content (general structure, texts, sounds, logos, videos, images animated or not), by any means whatsoever, without the prior and express authorization of HQ Company Tour is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by the Code of Intellectual Property.
DATA COLLECTED ON THE SITE
The data collected via the “contact us” form, email address, surname, first name and telephone number are sent to us by email. HQ Company Tour is the sole recipient. The collection of this data remains optional and is only intended to respond to your request for information. None of this data is recorded on our website.
